Love the features of my pasta machine
on February 7, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had great success the several times I have used my pasta machine in terms of its performance; however, I found the recipes difficult to follow since the measurements shown in the accompanying booklet are in grams. I had difficulty getting the ingredient amounts correct and suggest a revision in the booklet to reflect cups, Tbsps., etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this pasta maker!! We are able to quickly make pasta using all healthy organic ingredients which is important but the taste is incredible. Its so much fun to use! We have had little pasta making parties with ours and our kids friends. I can not say I have enjoyed a purchase more! All my friends want to get one!

The pasta is great, using it is confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the pasta maker as a gift for Xmas. Although the product that comes out is great, using it is confusing. I don't believe the scale is accurate as I have measured out a cup of flour to use, however it measure only .5 or .6 cups according to the scale. I end up putting about 1.5 to 1.75 cups of measured out flour for the machine to read out 1 cup. Also, I don't understand why it measures in cups when the recipe book that comes with the pasta maker is in grams? It makes it even more confusing. I think the measurements should all be in grams in order to eliminate the confusion. That being said, after some trial and errors, the pasta we get out of it is very good, but it takes some practice.

Somewhat Disappointed
on January 27, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a complaint. This pasta maker claims to automatically weigh the flour. However, it displays the amount of flour put in the machine in cups which is measure of volume, but all the recipes are in grams which is a measure of weight. It’s like one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. I’m sure that if this product was being sold in Europe it would display the weight properly in grams which by the way is more accurate than cups. I guess this product was specially designed for Americans because we are too stupid to understand grams, but somehow smart enough to know how to measure the liquid in milliliters. The amount of flour displayed in cups is absolutely useless as the recipes are all in measures of grams.

Hi John,

Thanks for your review. We are sorry you feel this way. However, the auto-weighing technology has been designed to save time and to make the whole process easier and more convenient. Once you select the program, the appliance automatically weighs and displays the amount of flour, blinking until you are in the right range. So you don't need to worry about cups or grams.
