First of all it was definitely trial and error but once I figure out how to work it! The pasta came out perfectly! It shows how much more water you need to add before so no need to measure! It’s so handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this one, I normally will cut or stretch my noodles or if I wish uniformity, I will use my pasta roller but this takes a lot of space and is quite messy so when I saw the 7000/HR2660/00 with all the attachments, I thought I would give it a try.
I read the instructions multiple times, watched the videos and even purchased a scale. I used a sharpie to clearly make the provided measuring cup just to be certain that I was following everything correctly, but it would turn out to be too dry and jam the machine. The illustration is useless, and the video is better but even mirroring the consistency, it would have difficulties pressing and would reverse. If I wish to adjust the moisture, I will have to run the cycle over again and it would seem to over work the dough and even though it produced a good end pasta, it would not properly load and I was constantly pausing the machine to manually feed the dough to the auger.
In the end, I had to make my own measuring devices so I can achieve some sort of consistency.
I would not recommend this model, Sometime later in time I will replace this with something I find more used friendly.
