I like this machine because it‘s easy and fast to get fresh and colorful pasta at home. I didn't give 5 stars because taking time to clean and assembling. If you don't mind the cleaning，this is a very good machine for making fresh pasta at home.

This machine is so easy to use. Ised ot 4-5 so far, with differents type of pasta.
I did regular dough so far. Will experiment with egg noodle or those with tomato juice.
The scale seem pretty accurate and suggest the right amount of liquid.

My first time using was a great success and loved it. Since then the machine would either not work or I made it too wet and the pasta all stuck together. I have been tempted to return it and buy something different but will persevere with this one for now. I keep telling myself I am missing something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
