I purchased this Chefman product less than a year ago and used it only occasionally. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working even though I took good care of it and followed the instructions.
I am disappointed because I expected the product to last longer.
I would like to request a replacement or a better-quality model, as the current one is no longer functioning.
