We just received our new air fryer but the basket is very difficult to close and open. It doesn't slide smoothly at all.

Experienced air fryer owner - (1) year!

We have owned a chef man air fryer for one year at our up north home and our son just gifted us one for our Florida home. We were so happy with our first air fryer that we wanted the same one down in our southern home because it has made our lives so much simpler and we’ve had a lot of fun cooking meals with it, as well as snacks
