Shreds great, seal failure.

The snap lid has a small seal under the hub that the spindle fits into. Failed first use. Have contacted the HB company. Awaiting word back. The reviews about the failure are correct. Otherwise, it’s a very good product.

Blade stopped spinning

Received this for my birthday in January. I have just gotten into really using it recently. I recently used it to make a Hummus and the blade stopped spinning but the motor still continued. Kind of a weak food to make a blade stop spinning. Other things I have made like energy balls with dates and nuts was great! Anyway, seemed to be a great machine until this.

Shredder attachment broke - bad quality

After a couple months of yse the shredder/slicer attachment broke while shredding potatoes. I was in the middle of the job so couldn't finish.
The metal bent and broke away from the plastic.
Whats worse is i had just bought this to replace a different hamilton beach food processor that had a similar failure after only 1.5 years. I bought a bigger stronger machinf because I thought it was me.
now I know its just bad quality.
