the quality of the material is very good and sound too but the only prblm in this is it doesn't fit properly in ears and got fall after some time of using only.

This is like getting any cheap Airbuds . There’s no noise cancellation so I had to return it .

Trouble charging

Really liked my 2nd gen but these are shaped differently and keep falling out of my ears and on top of that my husband and I each have a paid and we both have trouble charging them. Sometimes they are stored in the case and one of them doesn’t charge. Very disappointed
