Great bag with some minor flaws

I purchased the McKinnon about a year ago and have been able to use on some 6 trips. First, it is well-made, durable and packs a lot. I've had it in the rain and it stays dry inside. My only complaint, minor, is the zipper pulls. The bag is designed to have the zipper pulls end at the top. The problem is they get tangled or, when closing one side, and drop down inside the zipped portion. Hence, when traveling through the airport, you have to stop and open one side partially to open the other. I'd fix this with shorter pulls or greater distance between the two sides. However, it's still a great bag!
I would recommend this to a friend!
