Good bag, bad order support

The bag is well designed with cool materials and magnetic buckles. The 10L sticks out a lot so people will bump into it in a crowded space. The main compartment zipper gets stuck where it contours with the bag which is annoying to operate one handed. It's not comfortable to carry if you load it up with more than the lightest of mirrorless camera rigs. Also, Travellty Support doesn't answer emails or update their tracking so if you actually need help, well buddy you're on your own.
I would recommend this to a friend!
