Good starter steamer

Even on the highest setting the steam is pretty weak for me, but a good introduction to get through steaming your face without any worry of burning or over exfoliating. Appreciated the facial cleaning tool Included to use after steaming

Love the heat

I really like the facial spin brush also, it really cleans down into my pores ! My skin has been looking soo glowing and clear and I live for it !

A luxurious at home spa experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for an at home facial steamer for a little while and I was excited for the opportunity to try this one out. The unit is very easy to use and it only takes a couple of minutes for it to heat up and start producing steam. The steam lasts for about 10 minutes which is perfect for me, but more water can be added as necessary. I found this really helped my skin feel hydrated, and also made my skincare products absorb better into my skin. This unit also comes with a facial brush with two heads, I have used similar products in the past and found this brush to be comparable. I also like that it came with a separate sponge head. Overall this steamer does exactly what I want it to and I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never purchased an at-home facial steamer in the past because I always wondered "how often am I going to use this so it's worth the money?" But I realized after getting the ConAir facial sauna system to try at home for free fromBzzAgent, that there are actually lots of ways I could use this tool. This model comes with a separate nose cone witch I realize will be extremely helpful in dealing with congestion whether it be from allergies or seasonal cold or God forbid whatever else we're walking into this winter. But I also like that it came with the hand held facial scrub tool and the interchangeable polishing head so I didn't have to use the whole unit if I didn't want to, instead I could just focus on cleansing that day. While the sauna cone is great to have at home, my initial apprehensions of how good it would be still remain in that I don't think it produces enough steam to yield the desired effect of opening up my pores as much as it would had I paid the money to go out and do it in person at a salon. Also while cleanup was a breeze this time, I remain apprehensive having water with heating elements staying stagnant inside a machine. Similar to humidifiers, I typically buy one for the season and then toss them out. Not really sure about the price point for this system since they did get it for free, but that would have to be a consideration the next time I would be up for purchasing a replacement.

I have dry skin, especially during the winter, and my daughter has oily skin and acne. It was super easy to use, warms up quickly. A perfect amount of stream, not too much not too little. The cone shape kept it really focused so it wasn't escaping, targeted area. I love the spin brush, my skin felt great afterwards. But my daughter's acne started to clear up with regular use. We love the results and definitely recommend!!

Self Care Made Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a mom so going to the spa and getting facials, enjoying the sauna, just relaxing is a DREAM. Unfortunately I can't afford spa days but with the True Glow I can enjoy a self care day right at home. The True Glow system was very easy to use, instructions easy to understand. You literally use the small cup that comes with the True Glow to add your water to the system. There is a fill line on the inside of the system, depending on the lighting it can be hard to see. The True Glow has an easy to use operating system, there is a switch on/off button and a turn dial timer. It says in the instructions that it takes 3 mins to heat up but the very first time i heated mine it took almost 5 mins. When the machine is fully heated it will beep to let you know it's ready. You can set the timer between 3-15 mins to get a good steam facial and it also beeps when the timer is complete. When it's heated up you can see the water boiling so you have to be very careful when using it. It comes with both a facial cone and a cone for clogged sinuses congestion etc plus a facial brush cleaner(the brush does take 2 AA batteries). Things I like about True Glow are, that it can be used a few different ways facial, congestion, humidifier(in a small space), put essential oils in it and the smaller cone for congestion. I've used it more to unclog my sinuses and its been a big help. I've used mine 4 times so far and each time I've used it I smell almost like a burnt plastic smell. I'm assuming that smell will burn off the more I use it as most new items that get hot have that smell for a while. When I'm done using my True Glow its very easy to clean up, I can just unplug and dump any left over water in the reservoir out in my sink then use a paper towel to clean any moisture out of it once it's cooled down.

Face Feels Squeaky Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely expected quite a bit from the first use of this product. It did not disappoint! The soft rotating brush was able to spread on my cream cleanser and create a lather that I haven't seen since I bought the cleanser! That means saving me more product (cha-ching!) After steaming, I had planned on extracting a few pores that I saw on my nose - hoping my new Sauna System would make it easier. Drumroll........ IT DID. Once I was done with the sauna portion, and my pore extracting (whoop whoooop!) I tried the brush with the flathead to apply my night moisturizer. So soothing! I like that more of the moisturizer also stayed on my skin rather than getting soaked into my fingertips. (Again, saving me more money on product). Win win all around; will likely buy one for my Mom and Sister for Christmas. :)
