Little kitchen, big retro feel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Teamson Kids Little Chef Mayfair Retro Play Kitchen is my new favorite addition addition my children's playspace. As a huge fan of vintage appliances and decor, I was delighted to see that Teamson designed a play kitchen that is realistic, simple and functional for my children. Although I was initially overwhelmed by the many pieces prior to assembly, the direction for this kitchen were really simple when following each individual step. From start to finish, it took me about 45-minutes to assemble this product. Components are labeled alphabetically, and hardware, numerically-- making it simple to follow assembly instructions. As with almost all of my larger wooden toys, some minor imperfections in the wood are visible (a tiny split coming from one prefabricated hole prior to utilizing screw). I do find that the surface of this kitchen scratches fairly easily, although the small black scratches seem to wipe off with a bit of pressure and cleaning with a microfiber cloth. My 4-year-old and 2-year-old daughters absolutely love to engage in pretend play for hours with the Teamson Little Chef Mayfair Retro Kitchen. Although classic and simple in design, the oversized fridge, gold trim and accents, and unique shape make this retro kitchen the focal point of any room. I love that the icemaker is functional, and that the burners make sounds while cooking. The stove knobs do click and turn to mimic real life and this kitchen comes equipped with a cup, realistic ice cubes, cooking utensils and a pot and pan. kitchen was a perfect addition to our playroom, as it is smaller than some of the other play kitchens on the market. The Teamson Little Chef Mayfair Retro Kitchen is really an all-around aesthetically pleasing, fun, and well-made option for the little chef(s) in your life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This play kitchen is so adorable and the color is really pretty. I love the white with gold accents. It comes with the perfect accessories. A gold phone, ice, pot, pans, spatulas, etc. My daughter is in love with it. The eyes on the stove are battery operated to make boiling and frying noises. It’s a good and sturdy little kitchen, perfect for a little one! The only thing that is a little wonky is if you have to change the battery on the stove too, you have to try and unscrew it from the oven. That’ll probably be one of those things where once the batteries die, there will be no changing it! Otherwise it’s a great play kitchen!
