I have always had excellent service from HP ink since I purchased ny printer many years ago. Friends complain about their ink roducts and I always suggest they upgrade to HP. Has never let me down!

The colored ink from this two cartridge set runs out so fast! I’m on my third colored cartridge but still on my first black cartridge! This is really expensive!!!

I had been in another electronic's supply store just before Staples and never was waited on while in the store. I went to the service desk and the rep called for someone to come to the computer department. Continued to wait. Finally I just walked out of store. I went into the Staples store was spoken to immediately and waited on immediately. Such a relief to receive good service. Thank you Staples for hiring good people who are there to help you and I want to say the gentleman who helped me can't be thanked enough!
