Phone still shattered

I got this case because it is drop protectant, well I had this case for 2 weeks and the first time I dropped it my phone shattered. But it’s a pretty case.

Only downside was it did not fit in my defender holster, but I got the right one and all is well now. I wanted something bright, not black so it would be easier to find after dark

Protection Issue

I love the color and design of this case. I’ve always had outer boxes because I can sometimes be clumsy with my phones. The outer box cases have always protected my phones so I knew for my new iPhone 14 plus I wanted one. I didn’t like the colors of the other ones, but I loved this one. I didn’t really notice any problems with it until the second week. The buttons on the side that cover the volume buttons seem to move a lot. I know it sounds weird but it’s true! I remember seeing someone talk about this same issue when reading reviews previously… I didn’t really care about it because it still protected my phone. The main problem is how my case easily slips off of my phone on the right upper corner. I don’t know if it has less grab because of the camera? I’m so worried my phone is going to break now. Every time I take it out of my pocket that corner comes off. If I were you, I would probably not get the symmetry cases and get one of their other products. Cute colors though!

Protection is great. The chai color was perfect neutral color and I love it for the most part. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the border of the case can stain (color rubbing off on to it). I do not put the phone in my jean pockets, it’s usually in my purse or on a table/desk. It’s not a drastic change that would make me change out the case, but for the price you would hope it doesn’t happen as quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
