I bought this about a month ago and know for a fact it does not work. I wanted to check its accuracy so after two glasses of wine, blew into the device. It read 0.00! I would either like a device that works or a refund. where would I need to send it?

Seems to work as advertised and appears to be very accurate as I use prior to operating a vehicle with interlock device to assure I am at .00 nice for others to use when drinking so they have an idea of their BAC prior to driving 4-5 stars as of today

I bought the mouthpieces with my new BACtrac. The BACtrack came with all the extra mouthpieces I needed, but the online documentation did not say how many mouthpieces were included. For me, the mouthpieces were money wasted on a product I am unlikely to use.
