Horrible online buying experience
on June 30, 2026
Posted by: Not happy
from Toronto
For 5 days their payment system has locked my order as “in progress” so I haven’t actually received the item and they’ve done absolutely nothing to help me. I spoke to my bank and was informed there is no block on the purchase but Bestbuy’s system just keeps processing and then holding the order repeatedly in a never ending loop. horrible experience! Never again. Recommend you buy elsewhere

Excellent computer. The midnight does show fingerprints but it's not too bad.

Great laptop

The M5 macbook air is a great upgrade from my prior 2017 air. Very fast and battery is phenomenal. The midnight color is really sleek but be aware it does collect lots of fingerprints.
