Skylight Calendar - lack of functionality

Hello. I wanted to love this product. My wife is a fan. The functionality is just not that great, really. For example, it is nice to see the weather/temperature, but you can only see it at the exact moment you are looking at the frame. You cannot see what the entire day is going to be like, so I have to then go to my phone which I have been trying to get away from. Additionally, the website to use if you do not want to use the app on your phone is super confusing. I just want to see the calendar and manage via my laptop and it is not easy. Then the grocery list feature could be very useful if it had any sort of functionality to it besides being a simple list. Maybe it would be helpful to have categories or most purchased items to help the end user remember something they might need...
Just some thoughts on your product. It is a great idea that you have come up with, but it can be so much better.

New school + old school = best school! Great product!!

We love it so far!! My husband and I run a roofing company and it helps keep us on the same page! We love how it combines modern mobile technology with an old school family calendar visible to all. The only thing I can think of that would make it even better is if it allowed for an easy print function right from the device so that my husband who is an old school kind of guy could print out his schedule and have it on the go while he is driving to different jobs. Great product!! Very helpful and will recommend to others!!

It was much harder to setup than I expected, and I am in tech. I'm glad this was not a gift for an elderly parent. After some initial issues that required your support team, it was discovered that my unit was on an outdated version and needed to be updated. Things seem to be working correctly now.

Game changer, we absolutely love it. It doesn’t make any sense, because I’ve got the same calendar on my phone- but for some reason checking it in the kitchen in the morning is kinda fun. We ended up doing the photos and it’s just awesome. The app is also well designed and super easy, definitely recommend.

I love it! It makes thing very organized for my family and I. My kids also love the chore chart and motivates them to do them. I also love how everything syncs so when ever I change an appointment in my phone it automatically shows on the calendar. Also, love looking at our family pictures.
