The Calendar does not work - Very Disappointing

I was so excited about this purchase, but it will not connect to the internet. For a device that was supposed to make life easier by having my families activities displayed on one calendar, it has become a disappointment. I have tried all of the suggestions on how to get it to work but none of those suggestions work. It appears to be a common problem on this device that is very expensive.

The skylight works great for us. the calendar was easy to sync and works well. I wish we could add comments in outlook and have them display in the event. It just shows a jumbled mess. We tried everything and talked to support but that was all it could do.

Pretty much everything I wanted. It's touchscreen. I can add events either on it or thru another device and they all sync up. It shows all of my Google calendars along with color coding I have. My only complaint is that I want one a bit bigger.

Our One Stop Shop

Before Skylight, I had a calendar on my phone and my husband had one on his. We shared invites but there was no way to let our kids see what was going on. Now we have everything on one calendar in our kitchen that they can interact with. We even included a chore that requires them to "check the calendar". And my husband really likes the meal planning and shopping lists.
