Looks great but lacks features

It looks great on the wall. We use it everyday. Our Kids love it. I feel like it lacks on features. For example it would be nice if you could add weekly or monthly, and daily goals. I believe you should be able to repeat chores on a specific day of the week. Kind of like what you would see on a Google or Apple calendar. For example chores on Sunday are different than chores on Wednesday but this does not have the capability of doing that easily. It would also be nice to change the settings where you can view more chores of ones. The way it is is the chores only take up about half the screen. We're hoping for an update!

Easy to mount to the wall, setup, and use with calendar syncing across our whole family. Love the chore feature & how it becomes a rotating photo display when not in use.

Overall, very satisfied - keeps the family on track with all the kids activities and sports. Chores are also a nice feature. Wish there was 2 way sync with the shared calendars and having to pay a subscription to put a picture on an electronic frame “forever more” is lame.

Just what we were looking for

We have 3 kids in a lot of activities and this calendar does exactly what we need it to. I also add our planned meals, chores for the kids, and grocery lists. I like having it displayed in the kitchen where everyone goes frequently and also having the app on our phones is great. Sometimes added items disappear or there are glitches so it isn’t perfect but you’ll have those issues with electronics always. We are very happy with the purchase!

It’s the 1st calendar or chore chart I’ve ever gotten my family to pay attention to! Now….to get my hubby to participate in the shopping list….lol, but nothing you could do about that! :smile:

My candle at glitches sometimes and I lose all my calendar inputs. I have to switch the view modes and then they reappear again but super annoying. I probably wouldn’t have purchased this knowing this happens.

Overall I absolutely love it!!! Would highly recommend to anyone; however, it feels like really new tech that could use a bit of work. It has helped keep my child on task with chores and has helped me keep better track of upcoming events.
The latest update has some weird fonts that I don't care for. The previous fonts felt a bit more tidy and clean. Also with a previous update the list of chore people doesn't fit in the screen any longer so you have to swipe to see the last person which is a bit annoying.
It truly is an amazing tool for our family but definitely could be better.
The app should have an option to view your full calendar. I would love to see a feature where you are able to search for past events both in the app, on PC, and on the calendar itself. The last thing I think would be really helpful would be having full access to all the same features from your PC that the app and calendar provide.

Good but not great

I looked for a long time for balanced reviews of the calendar and couldn't find any, so I hope this is helpful. The calendar is nice looking and I like it in theory, but, as my husband says, "it seems like the beta version." There are so many little things that are annoying about it. Examples:
1. I don't love the way the schedule displays. I can't find a good view where we can see a whole week and visualize all events on each day
2. When you add chores one at a time, there is no option to quickly add chores you've used previously. You can have chores "repeat daily," but I don't always want that. So if some days you want your kids to set the table and some days you don't, you have to manually type "set the table" each time.
3. You can set the calendar to go to sleep automatically during certain times. But if you wake it up to look at something, it doesn't automatically go back to sleep - you have to do it manually. So if my kids wake it up in the evening, to stays on unless I fix it.

I'm going to keep using it because I have it now, but I'm not really sure that it's worth the money I spent. Maybe if they come out with a new version that fixes some of these issues.
