We bought it for the calendar feature which we really like but we really enjoy the ability to have family share photos. It’s like a surprise each day when our daughter downloads photos of our grand daughter.
This is a great way to keep track of the families schedule as well as setting up chores for the kids and reminders for myself. The photo slide show is a great touch when. It in use as well
I got this for my wife for Christmas. She is a very organized person. She love it. I’ve got some sweet gifts in the past. This might take the cake! Thank you…
The fact that this thing goes to a screensaver after a few minutes is so frustrating to me. I wanted it to function as a calendar and always be displayed that way, not as another oversized digital picture frame/screen. When it goes to the screensaver no one walks by and catches a glimpse of what’s on the agenda because it’s not there to see! Would like it to sync to my calendar in my phone but it only syncs one way (from phone to skylight NOT from skylight to phone)
This is a must have for any family with multiple kids and schedules to manage. Has made our life so much easier! Have already recommended this to all my friends and family!
I love this calendar. I was sick of hand-writing sports schedules in a color-coded array only to have everyone ask me when practice/games were. Now, I can set recurring events easily and erase them just as easily when they are cancelled. Everyone has their own color and literally everyone looks at the calendar daily. Even my husband. This has been a game changer for our menu, our schedule, and the constant barrage of questions involving what chores need to be done to earn screen time. This nifty screen answers all of life’s questions and leaves this mama free to do other things like paint her nails.
bought this to help schedule between two households post divorce. seems like it would be a no brainer to design a system that would allow two households to add events and view them via the same calendar and for each household to see this calendar on their respective skylight frame - the only way for two different households to use this is to use a third party app like iCal which makes it more involved than it needs to be....
