Not much features

The skylight is nothing more than a display screen, it would be cheaper to buy a monitor and continuously display your calendar for everyone to see. Also the skylight did not have an auto sleep mode which makes it act as a night light if you forget to press the button the top to put it down.

Excellent digital photo frame

I bought the calendar for kids chores and to synch with my Yahoo calendar for my family. Despite lots of very responsive help from Skylight, the main Yahoo calendar I use will not synch. I now can only use it as a digital photo frame.

Great idea, but...

The calendar is really nice. But it's a novelty...that wears off on the family pretty quickly. After a month, I (mom) am the only person using it. I was so excited to get it bc of having surgery and having our kids and husband chip in with assigned work and after a month it's not being used.

I also did not want to pay for the yearly plan, but there is no option to cancel.

Great display

Great for kids to be able to see the family calendar and feel a part of everything. For some reason, all events transferred over as entire family events and not individual which is slightly annoying, but will eventually be fine. Display is easy to use. I do wish that there wasn’t a monthly charge to have even one photo as a background. I’ve bought two skylight frames for grandparents with no subscriptions and with the cost of this calendar, it seems it would be nice if it just came with this feature. Feels a little nicked and dimed in this regard, but overall, happy I have it!

I love that it syncs with my phone, so I only have to maintain one calendar (I had been transferring everything to a wall calendar for my kids). My kids love the chore chart feature. My only (small) complaint, is that I would like to be able to see the chores in a month or week view, rather than just a day. The chore feature still works great though. It's very easy to assign chores in the way that I want. Overall, I love my Skylight. It's one of the best purchases I've made!

Cannot connect to wifi

In my second model, neither could connect to home wifi for more than a few minutes. No issues with other devices. Customer service fast and responsive, tried a lot to troubleshoot but nothing works.
