The display is beautiful. However I am not a fan of the calendar app itself. It is difficult to duplicate events to multiple days at the same time. I think this would be a great option if you currently use one of the calendars that it sync with. I tried all the calendars it syncs with and was no impressed on any of them!

I love the calendar!
The kids have been managing their chore lists making it easy for me to track. No more paper or dry erase boards.
I love how my husband and I each have the app and can add events from our phones, it automatically syncs from my calendar when I add something in Apple, I can color code each person in the home AND it took my spreadsheet of our two week vacation and within minutes created events for EACH thing when I emailed it in to our skylight account. Slick! GAME CHANGER!

If you’re already using a google calendar or some form of calendar app THIS IS A NO bRAINER!!! To have it sync with the wall calendar is absolutely e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g.
Using the “lists” as things pop up in the kitchen and then having my husband or I at the store and just go on the app to see what we need is amazing.

I haven’t even gotten into the “chore list” bc my kids are too young but I’ve been dabbling in the “meal plan” and it makes such a huge difference in knowing what’s for dinner!

It’s a great idea … getting the device/software to link with other calendars has proven difficult! I have yet to remedy this issue.

Skylight makes GTD easy for families

As a follower of the Getting Things Done (or GTD) method from David Allen, I have to say this product and APP does all the right things to keep a family organized. It is easy to organize calendar events and to-dos using categories and chores by person.

Our family loves the Skylight Calendar! The color coding helps to keep kids activities organized and everyone can see what is coming up. The list feature is also great for everyone to add to if they have something they need.

Replaced every paper version I was making or writing out myself! I needed something that could fit everyone's schedules but very easy to access and understand, even for my 9 year old. The chore list is great so far for his summer daily routine (not just chores). We are loving the menu, helps tremendously with making the grocery list in the Lists section. (Again, all in one place and the app let's me view the list on the go) Magic Import is FANTASTIC! I can't wait to use that more in the fall when school starts back up.
I spend WAY less time filling out my Skylight than making separate calenders and lists. I'm so HAPPY I found this product.
