Truly a game-changer

Love it. Very convenient. I've waited for a decade for something like this.
The "magic import" feature is truly amazing - this alone is worth the plus subscription. I just forward my sons' sports schedules for the season, and magically all events are added to the calendar. Saves a ton of time.

Not working for my family

We will be returning. We need to be able to search events. Magic import not reliable .Sync with some sports apps not avail. In theory this is a great product but too many bugs for us right now.

Love my Skylight!

I love this thing! I love that if I am trying to communicate a message to the family- I can upload a photo and it automatically joins the screen saver rotation- and they will see it even before I can get home to them...trust me, you wouldn't think that they are paying attention, but they are. I also love being able to pull the recipes of my favorite meals right on the meal plan... my calendar is right on a shelf over the counter next to the stove= I gather and mix right below it... perfect!

Good concept but troubles with synching updates

Generally helpful to have multiple calendars synched on one central device, especially if external caregivers are involved. My dad sometimes helps us out with kids and it’s easy for him to take a look and know what’s happening that day. The issue I have been having is though whenever I make a change on one of the kids calendars, it disappears from skylight. The work around I found so far is to restart the calendar. But it’s inconvenient if you making a change remotely and don’t feel confident that it will show up properly at home or show up at all.

Cost effective electronic family organizer

Device works great and replaced the two dry large erase boards I had hung up to fill in all the events, appointments and dinner plans for the month. The chore feature is great and I love syncing our online family calendar. Which I ended up publishing and subscribing via ics from the calendar for a more consistent connection. The app also works nicely and is a good way to manage the calendar.

I love checking off boxes, and I am so much more organized with the Skylight Calendar. My only complaint would be I wish the meal planner was more robust. But it's still helpful.

It's pretty okay

Nice frame and love the idea. I wish chores didn't have to be recreated to move them to another person. Found we were constantly deleting and recreating chores unless you were ok with one person always doing the same thing. It's easier to just write it on a piece of paper and the kids cross it off when they are done. Annnd well kids just don't use it anyway (not the products fault).
