Not quite what I expected, but works as stated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This NutriBullet Chill Ice Cream Maker comes with the motor base, the blade ensemble, two pint cups, lids for the freezer, blade cover, recipe sheet, instruction manual, registration paperwork, and safety paperwork.
Setup is simple. Wash lids, blade ensemble, and cups. Do not submerge the the motor base.
Once you decide on a recipe and type of chill you want to make, then you mix up your ingredients, and add them to the cup(s) making sure you fill them at least to the MIN line and not over the MAX line. Going below the MIN or above the MAX lines can damage your NutriBullet Chill. After filling the cup(s), put on the lid(s) and set them in the freezer, making sure they are level. Let them freeze for at least 24 hours. When you remove them, remove them one at a time, if you made 2 cups, and immediately use it on the NutriBullet Chill. Not doing so can damage the machine.
Once you put the blade ensemble on the cup, put it on the motor base. You will then turn on the motor base and select which type of Chill you are making. The choices are: Ice Cream, Sorbet, Frozen Yogurt, Gelato, and Smoothie Bowl
Each setting has a built in timer and will cut off when the timer is done.

When it is finished, make sure it has stopped before you remove the blade ensemble. Once you remove the blade ensemble, place it in the lid.
You can enjoy your Chill right out of the cup or put it on a bowl, dish, or other serving container.
Pros: The NutriBullet Chill Ice Cream Maker is easy to setup and operate It is fast. It is versatile.
Cons: You have to make your Chill and freeze it for 24 hours and add it to the pint jar before it ever touches the once cream maker. I’m not sure what the ice cream makers purpose is besides changing the consistency of the frozen Chill. It’s very loud.
Summary. If you follow the instructions the NutriBullet Chill Ice Cream Maker will do what it says it will do, but I don’t see it being a true ice cream maker at all. I see making the ice cream or other Chill, and freezing it for 24 hours, then putting the cup on the NutriBullet Chill, and it changing the consistency of the frozen dessert. I don’t see how I can call it an ice cream maker.
I followed a vanilla gelato recipe and although it tasted great, after putting it on the NutriBullet Chill, the consistency was awful.
I tried two other recipes to see how they would work in the NutriBullet Chill. A sorbet recipe and an ice cream recipe. They both did the same thing the vanilla gelato recipe did; which was taste great, but turn to a poor consistency.
I wanted to like this NutriBullet Chill a lot, as I love to make homemade protein smoothies, ice cream, and frozen desserts, but it’s not quite what I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s compact and looks great on the counter. I love the 5 presets and nice storage cups. The only downside is you have to pre-freeze the cups, so spontaneous cravings take planning. But once it’s ready, the texture is creamy.

Doesn't freeze or "make" the desserts, just mixes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice cream maker had pros and cons for me, but overall, I was pleased with the variety of frozen desserts you could make. So far, I have tried to make gelato and ice cream and they both came out pretty decent. The texture of both desserts was very smooth and creamy! I loved how easy the machine was to use and clean. It also isn't too bulky, which was a bonus. The main cons I have with this machine is that it doesn't really "make" the frozen desserts, it just mixes them into the correct texture. You have to prepare the ingredients and then freeze it for 24 hours minimum, before mixing it up, which isn't really convenient. It's also fairly loud when mixing, but at least it's pretty quick.

Not worth my time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice cream maker seems like a great idea but the amount of prep work required is way too time consuming and complicated. The instructions are not very clear. You also can’t “just” make the ice cream. You have to freeze it for 24 hours before you can even think about continuing to make the ice cream. This ice cream maker is way behind its competitors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nutribullet Chill Ice Cream Maker is a device that easily churns frozen ingredients into a variety of delicious desserts. Just think, a tasty treat within minutes (after freezing ingredients in the included containers of course). Ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, smoothie bowl, just to name a few. There’s some amazing recipes if you follow the QR code within the packaging, I have yet to do that. I’ve kept it simple just to get used to the machine.
The machine and all components are made of quality materials. The machine itself feels substantial, as does every piece included. It doesn’t walk on the counter when in use, it does have suction feet on the base, although the weight alone may keep it from moving too. It looks aesthetic enough to leave out on the counter, doesn’t take up a lot of space either. Could easily be stored in a cabinet as well, its profile is low enough that it’d fit on/in many shelves or cabinets.
It’s so simple to use; remove lid from container with frozen ingredients, screw on blade attachment, attach to motor base, select program and press the circle, and just watch the progress ring illuminate and flash until finished. With the items I’ve made, it’s taken between 4.5 & 6 minutes.
The frozen yogurt (strawberries and cream and another of strawberry and bananas) came out so smooth and delicious. If you prefer it even softer, run a second cycle or let it set out a few minutes before eating. And now my favorite, a creamy pistachio gelato, it was beyond delicious. The silkiness was heavenly!

Perfect for family need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nutribulletaus ice cream maker is amazingly and save money, I was make yogurt and strawberries for my dog German shepherd he total loved it. It is actually very easy make only up to 3 min then put frozen for 2-3 hours . Storage is very complete a lot enough, no noise much . Very easy to using and materials is very good. I highly recommended for this one for perfect home for family need. Plus very easy to clean and less mess. Love it

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the thought behind this product. It was super easy to set up and is easy to clean. Sleek design. Unfortunately I don’t love that you have to blend fruit in a separate blender, then freeze, then use this machine. It just feels like a lot of dishes, and doesn’t explain this overtly so someone could buy this not knowing they need to have a blender in order to make any fruit sorbets or fruit items. For any fully liquid items you would not need to blend first. I made banana ‘nice’ cream and the machine did work well and make it super creamy. The machine itself is very loud but powerful. I will keep using for sure but for the cost I feel like it should be able to blend and make the ice cream in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the NutriBullet for a while now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The blending power is impressive; it handles frozen fruit and ice with ease, resulting in a super creamy texture. The Smoothie Bowl preset is particularly helpful for getting that perfect thick consistency. Also, the white finish is very modern and it’s much quieter than older models. Cleanup is a breeze, making it perfect for busy mornings!
