I had to upgrade from my Pixel 5 because the updates ended on my older but faithful unit. The 9a version works fine and, as importantly, will be serviced with updates for 5 or 6 years before becoming out dated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

2nd week of use and going great. It is everything I expected - great cameras, excellent battery, uncluttered UI/software. Best value for money. and I do not need flagship phones anymore (>$1000)

Hearing Aid Compatible

Did research before purchasing the Google Pixel 9a cell phone. I saw the phone and specifically the model number that I bought on the Signia website. It was recommended to work with hearing aids. I took a chance and purchased the phone, then learned how to use it so I could show the hearing impaired person that it was purchased for. Fortunately, audio streamed directly to his hearing aids!
The previous phone was an iPhone and we had a horrible experience with the Apple password!
I really wish that there was more emphasis on helping people with hearing impairment than on the camera.
