Love this sewing machine

I love all the functions you can do and has options for. Very easy to understand and set up. Nice sleek look. Very durable. Simple and easy to sew with. Nice foot paddle that gives you a smooth needle. I can now fix mine and my kids clothes without any worry. I'm so pleased with the sewing machine and how well it does all types of fabrics.
I highly highly recommend this brand and product.

Love this sewing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sewing machine is the bomb! has a lot of different stitch patterns and button hole maker. Easy to set up and very easy to use. Sews like a dream. Now I can make or repair all my sewing needs with this one machine.

Great for thicker material and smooth running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to test from Brothers, and posting my honest review after using it few times for a week now.
I would consider myself as an intermediate/experienced at using sewing machines. I have done lot of hemming and pillow cases etc. mostly. Kids' clothes and their tae-kwon-do badges and such a lot. So yes this machine can be used for far greater purpose than what I use it for, but if I ever get more into advanced sewing, this seems like will be a perfect fit that as well.
One of the feature I found most convenient and impressive was the automatic threading. Usually I've had some bad experiences in the past, where threading mistakes ends up locking up the machine or complicating the task. So the automatic threading feature takes away that pain.
Being all new and modern, the sewing machine has a built in LED light, that lights up the working area and makes the sewing/detail work easier.
One simple but brilliant (in my opinion, compared to my old sewing machine) is the clear bobbin thread cover, where you can see how low are you on your threads. no need to open the cover frequently to check.
One other thing I'd also mention is the control over the granularity of the speeds and such. I found the manual to be very helpful with all these functions.
I'd definitely recommend. Thanks.

Excellent sewing machine with lots of features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this machine.Its so quiet and easy to use.I have seen many items on this machine and love it.I could use to work on specific jobs like doing jeans hems and other havier fabrics and so far I am not disappointed.The very bright LED light brightens and lights up the work space.The bobbin cover is clear.The stitching control is easy to change from one to another without fuss.This is the first machine Brother has made with a metal inner frame.Its a fun to be able to easily decorate my daughter ‘s skirts!Anyone looking for a new sewing machine would be happy with this!

Loved it until it stopped working

I was truly in love with this machine. I already had the csi7000. It sewed leather, denim and canvas with no issues. After 4 months of marriage bliss, it stopped working. The needle refused to go up and down. I checked the bobbin winder position, rethreaded etc- with no positive results. Very disappointed

Wow....SO not a Singer!

(1) Much quieter than my Singer heavy duty machine.
(2) goes through double layers for Covid masks like a hot knife through butter
(3) love the easy backstitch feature
(4) double-love the auto needle-up feature
I've always used Kenmore/Singer so it took a bit to get used to the lever being on the inside of the machine but now that I've got the hang of it, I can push button for a couple backstitches, push the button to lift the needle, and lift the foot all with the same hand.
