Amazing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the Brother scan and cut SDX125. This machine is absolutely amazing. It can do so many things with just the touch of a button or a simple scan. The best part is that I don't have to have a computer to hook up to it. I don't even need a WIFI connection ! It will cut just about anything from paper to fabric or even foam. I have been able to do so many projects and can't wait to do more. I am not a very technical person. However this machine couldn't be any easier to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to use

I will admit at first I was a bit intimidated of the Scan N Cut machine. I always wanted to try one and was super excited to have the opportunity. Setup was quite simply and very straight forward. The project that came with the machine took less than 2 minutes to complete. I can’t wait to make more things.

I had to get help from my children to set it up because I am not to good on the computer. But once they got it set up the unit was really nice. My grandchildren are using it to make things to use in school. Very Nice.

It makes me wish I sewed more. It took a little while to learn to use it and understand all the features, but after you get the hang of it, it's really cool and saves a lot of time. This is a great product and would make a great gift for someone who sews often or could utilize it.

So much to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is capable of a lot of things. For some crafts, you will need to purchase additional accessories. We complete the sample project which with simple instructions we were able to handle. The machine is able to keep its accessories in one place. There is a case to purchase. I am still trying to figure out how to use the extra material that it does cut for other projects but I am sure it will be able to figure it out. I am a little concern over the mat. How many times are you able to use it before having to purchase a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fun to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest I have been looking at these for a few years and always talk myself out of it. So when i seen this beauty and color it was a no brainer was going to accept. I am no expert and will admit I had some trouble figuring it out so had to refer to youtube to better guide me. I though did have a friend was a bit more experienced with this kind of machine make me feel pretty dumb so if you have experience or even if a beginner like me it is still cool. It was a cinch to get setup on the network and was released to play with. After I got the hang of it I will be honest I went a little crazy. I had so much fun and the scanning and cutting features made things so much faster cleaner and easier. The biggest complaint is the feeder it had some issues I had to do a cleanup on it. Overall though great product. So much fun be prepared though to buy lots of vinyl to experiment with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a machine itself is absolutely amazing it cuts quickly it cuts clean it registers your image with no problem whatsoever the app is sort of hard to navigate so if I was recommending any improvements to this product it would be to make the app more easy for newbies there was not a whole lot of free projects I seen but maybe I'm just not able to find them where the app is a little hard to navigate but other than that 10 out of 10 the best cutting machine I've ever owned

Once I started I could not stop. It does was it says and more. It has such precision. Every one comes out perfect. I am truly amazed.. I can make just about any pattern with this machine.
