We were quite happy with our purchase and one day the lip of the kettle met the cup’s edge and we had an unfortunate chipped kettle edge!

Had an electric kettle before that was really loud. The Chefman heats up fast and is quiet!

The electric kettle boils so fast, it is easy to clean by hand with warm soapy water. Also you can use loose tea in the kettle which has a strainer. I use my electric kettle to make tea and I love it.
