I bought one of these in January and it broke about a month later and I had registered it under warranty and you guys have ignored me ever since. Even though I sent over everything you requested. So I'm a little perturbed by the quality of the product breaking within a month and then you guys refusing to acknowledge my warranty request, so I've purchased a new one. If this one breaks also I will put in a new rule and see request and if I'm ignored again I'm probably going to pitch a small fit online just to be transparent.
