It is easy to use. I was used to a similar kettle where you can open the lid the hand that is holding the handle, which you can't do with this product.

I have recently started large batches of tea and this makes it so much easier and faster to do exactly that. And it’s perfect for when I want to make tea to-go and only have a few minutes before I need to leave. I absolutely love the electric kettle!
