I needed this fast purchase for my camper so I could boil water for different things! The price was not bad and the electric kettle is amazing! Within 3 minutes I have rolling boiling water and it used very little of my power state for those minutes of use! So glad I made this purchase!

Seams heavier than metal

I like the single lever convenience, and the fast boil. However, it does not seem to handle water from the tap. It started to scale after a few uses. Does not seem to be non stick. Difficult to remove tea and replace tea infuser.
