Base is pretty flimsy and easily wobbles. Instructions to open lid were on bottom of lid (not visible until after opening)
Boils fast though

I love it. It’s fast and makes my tea and two minutes.

My work had one of these in the kitchen for the employees so I decided to purchase one for myself seeing how it heats water so quickly for tea or for hot cocoa. I’m using it for green tea. I love it. I use my timer and it took exactly 2 minutes and 20 seconds to heat it to boiling water. Everyone’s loving this kettle.

It’s simplistic, and doesn’t take up much space- worked way faster than what I thought it may take. Can’t wait to use it daily
