I like that the main housing that holds the water is made from glass and not plastic. I also like that it heats the water quickly. Kind of wish it was the size of the kettle held 8 or 12 cups of water but I'm very satisfied with this model.

I love this. I’ve wanted one for a while now and I won this in a raffle drawing so that makes it good all around. It really does heat water up faster than on the stove now I don’t have to be watching a pot that doesn’t boil.!
