Use the kettle just fine was great. Warranty caused a lil problem.

The item itself was easy to use, setup, and clean. It's very quick and I have no regrets of purchasing it. However, the warranty caused a little problem. I had to sit here for a few minutes to get it set up because it kept coming with a direct link problem, idk what that is but It happened. Got it fixed by rescanning it a few times. Eventually it worked.

Product appears to have excellent quality. Sits nicely on my counter and blends well with other appliances. I specifically like the size. Not too large. Not too small. Top is difficult to remove, but suspect with use, it will become much easier. The secret is to pivot it up from the handle side, not the spout side!!
