Not Much Ash ... But ...

I can't smell much hickory, nor taste much hickory flavor. Other than being convenient, my first cooking with a pellet grill was a disappointment.

Pellets did not burn up even in the shut down cycle. Seem like it took for ever to get up to temp that was selected. And yes the pellets were dry and they did produce very little ash what did burn up.
