Entirely too fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The left side of the screen started flickering withing a couple months of owning it. I had. Asimple scratch on the phone and the claim for warranty was denied. Form factor was slim and light but not worth the issue. Make it less fragile and able to withstand more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lenses have to be completely smudge free in order to get a good quality picture. This is typical of any camera. The battery life is pretty good. The apps work great on the system. It is easy to use.

Great phone for everything

Mostly working, making calls while multitasking, while I search things up or I look up things in the CRM for my business and for my customers. It has light in the load of work for me and made everything as sufficient and the phone has been nothing but reliable.
It has also helped in my free time to multitask. While I take notes while I watch youtube videos or podcasts as well as play games.

Z Fold7 for all life's needs...and wants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the ZFold series, I've recently upgraded from the 5 to the 7 and will never go back to one screen. I use my ZFold7 for everything : recipes and cooking videos while in the kitchen; personal calls, texts, and socials. News updates, travel booking on the fly, banking, even my business needs, all in my hand and on demand! The large screen makes working on the run easy, no toting around a laptop or files.

Love the Fold, Frustrated by the Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the overall concept of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. The large folding display is excellent for multitasking, watching videos, browsing the web, and getting work done. The phone is thin for a foldable, feels premium, and the ability to switch between a normal phone and a tablet-sized screen is something I have really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the durability and reliability. My main camera developed a problem where the image shakes and the camera appears to have difficulty stabilizing properly. For a premium device, I expected the camera system and other major components to remain reliable for much longer.
The Z Fold 7 has a lot going for it, especially the display, multitasking capabilities, and overall design. However, reliability is extremely important on a device like this. I really enjoy using the Fold when everything is working properly, but the camera issue has made it difficult for me to recommend it without reservations.
Samsung has created an impressive foldable design, but I would like to see greater emphasis on long-term durability and quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for a good phone for a while, but I felt like I wasn't ready for the change, I felt like I woulbe be giving up too much in the other aspects of the phone. But when the fold 7 was released, I felt they figured it out. I am very happy with the phone, I have it for over a year and pretty much no issues whatsoever.
