Pretty decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus is a pretty decent lightsaber. It was fun putting it together but this one is DEFINITELY more of a flimsy toy than other lightsaber toys. It makes the right noises, it lights up and it's red, but the actual Saber part is flimsy, low quality plastic. If given to my children to use, will likely be broken within a day or too. All in all, pretty but too flimsy for our family
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lightsaber for all Star Wars fans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hasbro Star Wars Darth Vadar Lightsaber is a great addition to your kids collection. My son loves it and it fits perfectly with his other light sabers. It has great sound, lights up nicely and fits with other Hasbro sabers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son absolutely loves this lightsaber. You can customize it with different parts making it more Jedi or Sith depending on what side you prefer. There are sound effects for an epic battle. It comes with the blade, cap, core and cover. It's so amazing watching my son create new combinations for his lightsaber battle. If you love Star Wars you will love this lightsaber and the hours of fun your imagination holds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat toy, my son enjoyed playing with it. He really liked that you can change the 'saber' part out for different colors and designs, which I thought was neat too. The sound effects are great and add to the realism of the lightsaber. My son really enjoys playing with this but I did find one problem. The lightsaber keeps turning on and off by itself, had to remove the batteries to keep it from doing this. I don't know if the button got stuck somehow or what but it still does this. My son really enjoys playing with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson wanted a lightsaber like his big brother so they could have lightsaber fights, so when the opportunity came to get one ,i didn't hesitate to ordered it for him. Now they both have the lights and sounds of their lightsabers. My grandson loves his new Star Wars Lightsaber Forge Darksaber Electronic Lightsaber as I'm sure any boy would. Naturally his big brother wanted to trade him,but that was out of the question. Little brother would not part with his new Star Wars Lightsaber, not even for candy. I think any boy would love this toy!

Great effects

I got it for my girl and she was excited the minute she saw it. It's easy to assemble and very satisfying to play with. Now I have to get myself one.
