Mower arrived via shipper, looks good but has an occasional PMU fault Error

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mower runs good but concerned about the initial PMU Fault Code and sometimes would not shut off. Mower seems to be running. I have not contacted Greenworks for assistance yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had MANY gas mowers but only one battery zero turn mower. It has out performed my expectations. The only thing is I need 3 more batteries. When you have a bad overgrown yard they don't charge quick enough. Not Grennworks fault. This is the BEST mower I have ever had!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had a chance to use it much as it has been raining but if it is like the other Greenworks tools I have, it will be a workhorse. My only gripe is the unit came with no operator's manual or assembly instructions. If I were not mechanically inclined, it would have been a challenge. Still, it should come with a owners manual. The reason for the 4 stars for quality was the right control arm frame is poorly installed and rubs when in reverse position to the point of hanging up. Had to repair before I could operate. Otherwise a nice machine.

Great Mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Speed is good. Mowed grass well, even cut. Plenty of power for my approx. 3/4-acre yard. Turning and using the steering arms was very touchy. This is my first mower of this type. It just isn't as smooth turning as I had hoped. Maybe get better with practice. This mower came packed up well. Be prepared to get rid of the metal rack it comes on. Putting it together was simple, really not much to do. This came with some reflective stickers that keep peeling off. Not a big deal, I don't need them. The speed on this is really good, faster that the old Craftsman tractor I replaced. This cut my mowing time in half. Mulching cover went on easy. I bought a bagger, rather expensive, still in the box. This has a drawbar on the back I can attach my 3-yard lawn cart to it. Overall, very pleased with this mower. The speed of mowing made it worth the investment.

Very happy we took the plunge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for two seasons now. Previously, we had been paying a service to mow our approximately two acres of lawn. But once we put solar panels on the house, it just made sense to go electric. We had no experience with a ride on mower, and there was definitely a learning curve with the zero turn, but it didn't take long to learn to control the turns.
We love that it costs nothing to run, that there is no need to winterize a motor, and that there is no nasty exhaust or noise to deal with. It's simple to adjust the mowing height, the storage in the back has come in handy, and we really are very pleased with it overall.
We're sorry we waited as long as we did to buy this mower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a year now and it has performed wonderfully. Normal maintenance on blades is still important of course. While this mower is great, I’d love to see 1/4” increments in cut height on future models. This would make it easier to cut lawn lower at the start of the season. This mower struggles to cut an entire 1/2” lower.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
