Great tractor, no support , unfortunately

My review with concerns and concrete suggestions on how to add support for this tractor was immediately removed. So Greenworks has resources to read and remove reviews. Unfortunately they do not have resources to provide support for this great tractor. Mine is broken, I has case number but for three days cannot get support for the error code shown by the tractor, V13. All I need is a contact details of the dealer who can fix it under warranty.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it... 11 hours so far

Had an issue after shipping where the blades didn't fire up... tech support eventually helped me figure out to unscrew the control panel and plug the main cable back in. No biggie. Very fun to operate and I've put it through some light abuse clearing a small wooded area in my back yard.
I love that it has a "trunk" to haul a bag of seed or whatever and been pulling a Gorilla cart with no problems.
Also got the leaf mower attachment that seems to work ok as long as the designated blades are installed. The plastic tab that connects to the mow deck kind of sucks and I expect that to not last. This part could use some design improvement as it should be a lot quicker/easier to install and remove IMO.
The batteries last about 2-3 rounds for mowing my quarter acre but is a pain to have to remove all of them to charge as they are rather heavy. I have to put 2 of the 3 chargers on separate circuits to not trip a breaker. They do charge pretty fast though. Greenworks... I'd gladly pay for an adapter or something that allows me to charge the batters while still in the machine!
All in all, I'll never go back to a push mower or gas zero turn.

Received defective mower

I purchased this mower, however the blades will not turn on. I have been unable to reach customer support and will have to do a chargeback on the credit card if not contacted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Runs great, cuts great, but hard to put in reverse

Runs great, cuts great, but hard to put in reverse even with the seat all the way back. I have to push the handles hard into my chest to go in reverse.

Could be a great mower if the tires held air!

The mower was delivered with a flat front tire. I’ve taken it to two tire shops without any luck in fixing it and can’t get a real person on the phone at Greenworks. I gave up after waiting on hold for 50 minutes. It’s easily a 5 star mower other than trying to get a defect corrected.

Incredible mower

I have a little less than an acre with grass, with the blades on high and speed on low my battery only went down to 81%. Nice even cut, super quiet, deck clean out works great. I'm 6'2 275lbs and the seat and ride are extremely comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is no on board charger, but I'll clearly get a few cuts out of one charge. Great mower. Very happy

5 star for the customer service and warranty folks

I bought this a year ago and it worked great for all of last grass season. There are a few things I thought could be nicer, better screen, little luxuries to make it more competitive to the others since it is priced very similar to the comp. I also am not super happy that it is now so much cheaper with the discount and sale than even a year ago but the reason I am writing this review as 5 stars is for the continuing customer support that Greenworks provides that is top-notch. I ended up with an error code end of last year, I believe TR16 and I called the warranty people. Helpful, while I was trying to sort out next steps, a few days later, the issue seemed to fix itself. I called back told them I was all set. A week later I got the other error code TL16 so I had to call back. The warranty people went really above and beyond finding a place close to me to fix my zero turn. The handled everything from their side, it was a slow process but everything went about as smooth as it could have gone. I just wanted to write this to more say thank you Greeworks and thank you to the customer service and warranty department.

Lawn Mower is Awesome. My yard is just under an acre. I can get it done quicker than with my old Green and Yellow brand gas mower. And get it done twice on per charge. Awesome.
