I bought this riding crossover mower. One of the features is the lawn catcher bags that attaches to the back to hold the lawn clippings. I make sure the lawn is dry but the clippings get get stuck in the tube. I've tried different speeds and they still get stuck. I end up disconnecting the tube and pulling them out by hand. What an I doing wrong???Other than that I have no complaints.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good ride on mower overall. The CRZ428 mower took me some time to get use to the speed forward but I am more comfortable now that I have practiced a few times. I highly recommend this for all my neighbors having relatively flat yards to mow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this little rider this month, received on Wednesday and had the first go on our yard today. I am very pleased with the ease of driving this mower. Still learning but so far this mower performs better than expected. The only issue is figuring out how to adjust for mulching as I thought the lever was in the correct position but there was a whole lot of grass inside the area in back. Next purchase will be the bagger attachment.
Arrived in good condition but had trouble with the parking brake. The right brake cable was not hooked up correctly so we had to fix that. And then the parking brake was so tight it wouldn't work. My husband spent quite awhile adjusting the brake so it would work. Kind of disappointing in Greenworks quality control
Pros: Convenient, Quiet, Environmentally Safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 5/24/24 and am very happy with the performance and find it very easy to use. I will definitely recommend to others.
In general I am very satisfied with the machine. It cuts on a par with the gas machine previously used. It is also useful as utility vehicle to transport tools and such around the property or to visit nearby neighbors. Together with battery chainsaw and string trimmer I can throw away the gas cans. With a light weight front end it is easier to maneuver than the gas unit and also seems to handle rough terrain better. I mow a yard, orchard and some field. None of these are manicured. I don't measure the acreage cut but a battery charge lasts just over 1.5 hours with 4 AH batteries. The mower came with 2 discovered defects. 1: The cooling fan on 1 charger does not shut off until the battery is removed. 2: The parking brake will not set. It probably just needs some adjustment which leads to perhaps my biggest problem which is the owner's manual. A machine as expensive as this deserves a comprehensive and clear manual covering operation and routine maintenance and adjustments. An owner's manual should be clear, correct and comprehensive. The provided manual is not. It would also be useful to have a parts list with exploded views. The control panel is in an awkward position and not easy to reach while in operation. There needs to be an option to operate blades in reverse without undertaking a frustrating sequence of operations. An onboard charger would be of considerable convenience even if it were a slow charger. Many will find removing and replacing the batteries is not a trivial job.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective
Going on year 3 and it has performed flawlessly on our 3/4 acres of grass. Never ran out of charge. Leaf season we still had 10% charge when we were done. It's also fast and tows very well. Great product!
Fast, much quieter than gas mower, no fumes, no maintenance besides blowing it off after a 2 acre cut, great turning radius, easily hauls other items behind it (namely a wagon / cart, spreader, lawn sweeper, de thatcher, etc., and it doesn't have to stop to refill with gas. A first-class product that has been great since I first used it 8 months ago. Highly recommend.
