So unbelievably overrated. It’s horrible. I have to go over the same sections of hair a good 5 times, and even then my hair still isn’t straight, and my hair is a normal texture, etc. Don’t waste your money.

The tool works well. I have thick, coarse, curly hair and it straightens it pretty quickly and easily. My only complaint is (and maybe it's as much of a question)--is it supposed to make a buzzy/hissy hum when turned on?

Babyloss pro straightener is very good, I love it. It does job really high quality leaving my hair smooth, straight and shiny. Packaging is great, looks very professional. It really doesn’t damage my hair.
The only minus is that because of heavy titanium sometimes pulls out hair which is not nice.

The Babyliss flat iron is excellent. It heats up very quickly and leaves your hair smooth, shiny and frizz free. The plates glide easily without pulling your hair, and the result last a long time. Great quality and easy to use, perfect for everyday styling. The packaging was secure and well done and the product arrived in perfect condition.
