[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wheels are plastic and rear wheel is not true, so brakes have to be pretty loose for it not to rub. That leads to very gently braking, as another reviewer mentioned. Got a pinch flat within first hour of riding. . . which I think may have been due to poor tub installation or maybe defective tube. Ordered another tube. Tires to 35PSI is not enough, as another commenter mentioned.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle bars do not spin all the way around (only 270 degrees) and the turning is slow and stiff. Great frame but the turning is cumbersome.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good scooter, the handlebars are absolutely not high enough though and they aren't adjustable. i had to buy a bike stem riser to get them to an adult height. It also says to fill the tires to 35 psi which i don't think is enough, it makes the scooter feel sluggish. So with some adjustments i've made it alot more comfortable. it'll be different for every user.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our son the Urban Glide scooter as a prize for winning an essay contest. He absolutely loves this scooter. It is higher up and he says he gets more wind from it. The wheels are large and sturdy. He uses this daily on our street as well as when we go on rides on our local bike trails.
