Robust exercise device with flexible use for full body, body weight workouts. Really confidence inspiring with clear example cards on how to set the machine for various body-weight exercises. Surprisingly has equally successful stretch examples making this very well rounded for workouts and post exercise stretching.
I would recommend this to a friend!
