I have had my total gym Evolve for about a month now and absolutely love it! I was introduced to TotalGym through physical therapy and decided to invest in one for home use - best decision ever!! It is sturdy and heavy, but I am still able to make the board adjustments without help from my husband. It is a great workout and I think will be useful to keep me in shape for years to come.

I previously had an older version of the Total Gym, which I used regularly and enjoyed a lot. My new TG Evolve blows my older version away. I love it! The padding is so much thicker and higher quality. There is no friction on the sliding bench. It glides so easily. The adjustable height range allows for higher adjustments which equals more resistance. I am truly thankful for this product and can say that it was well worth every penny I spent in purchasing it. I have seen tremendous muscle growth since using this. I have lifted weights for decades but enjoy this product and see just as good results, or even better, from my TG Evolve. Thank you Total Gym!
