Great product but it is very messy. I followed the directions to the video and still had water everywhere. And I had it on the lowest setting too.

Hello Xeria - Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you found the model messy to use. There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth before turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink.

I use this daily to floss. Very quick and easy to use. Works well. I love how much easier this is to use than regular flossing. I think it gets more particles of food out from between my teeth also. My daughter is a hygienist and recommended I get this Waterpik. It was on sale also which was a bonus. Great quality for the money.
