Complete charger not included, unable to use.

I am not able to use it at my lake home because the didn't include a usb-a charger. My wife bought this as I love my countertop model at home.
The cabin has a couple usb-c wall plugs for our phones and that is about it. There is no computer or laptop.
It blows my mind that a company can sell a wireless device without a complete charger. I rarely write reviews but this really seems like a value engineering that destroyed product experience.

Hello - We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the model. The charging cord that is provided is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have. It just needs to be an industry-standard USB charger with an output rating of 5V, 1A. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee on it as well. Please call 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com with any questions.
