A great improvement would be that the straw that draws up the water would move and follow where the water pools up. Because it remains stationary, if you tilt the water pic it sucks air. :(
I have sensitive gums and need low pressure. The Low pressure on my water pick isn’t low enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Smilee- we're so sorry to hear that the pressure settings on the Cordless Advanced 2.0 did not meet your expectations. Our cordless models feature a limited pressure range of 45 PSI-75 PSI. If a unit with lower pressure would work best for you, our countertop models feature a wider pressure range of 10 PSI-100 PSI. If you'd like assistance in finding the best model for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to our helpful product support team at smreviews@waterpik.com or 1-800-525-2774.
Hi, and I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback. I’ve had the waterpic (my first) for about two weeks and have used it every day. I’m finding it awkward and quite messy. I’m getting a little bit better at it, but it just doesn’t feel like it’s accomplishing very much. Perhaps you can suggest some fine-tuning techniques? But overall, I thought I would be really impressed, but I’m still waiting for that moment to happen.
