We're sorry that you were disappointed with the Cordless Advanced. Although the pressure is not as high as our countertop models, it doesn't make it any less effective. Our countertop models feature a larger reservoir capacity and allow for longer periods of continuous use. Disappointed in this model. But Love the Aquarius

As a dental hygienist I was very excited to receive my new waterpik. Unfortunately it fell very short compared to my previous Aquarius countertop version. First off, this model is not nearly as powerful as other models. I was unable to maneuver this device like I had hoped. it needs to stay vertical at all times or it will suck air. Due to the required vertical direction it also causes the used water to run all down the unit while in use. And I feel the water reservoir does not hold enough for my liking. I LOVE the countertop Waterpiks with the corded pik. I can adapt it to any angle and not have water running down the device. And the large reservoir does not run out before finishing the entire mouth. I will continue to recommend waterpik to my patients, however I will think twice about recommending the cordless options.
