I haven't had this product for long, but it has now stopped charging. I have tried different means of charging it, but it still will not charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pic inserts do not stay in. Within 2 seconds it pops out and water goes everywhere. I'm unable to use it and very unhappy considering the price I paid.

Weak stream and clumsy

The handheld portable has a much weaker stream than a plug in tank travel size Water Flosser.

This hand-held cordless flosser works well. Only negative is that it is difficult to remove the reservoir after using the flosser. It does not slide out of the base easily and I am concerned that it will break after a short time .
