Terrible experience……Charge didn’t last, charging light never came on, weak stream.

Hello Gman1234 - We're sorry you didn't have a good experience with the WP-580. The light on the handle should blink while the unit is charging and turn off when the battery is full. Although the pressure isn't as strong as our countertop models, it should be effective. We do have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you'd like more information, please contact us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call (800) 525-2774.
Messy but good! Like a good stadium chili dog. No matter how good I think I flossed and brussed (with a sonicare electric toothbrush), the waterpik always still seems to find bits of food! Imagine that food staying in your teeth all night long, just rotting away. No wonder your breath stinks!
Generally this is a reasonable alternative for traveling. I find it a bit difficult to maneuver it to reach all my teeth especially the back of the wisdom teeth. Water tank is a bit difficult to remove but maybe needs to be that way or it’s still new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Joe V. We're sorry you find the WP-580 difficult to maneuver. We've found that the best advice we can give is to place the water flosser in your mouth before turning it on, and then look down into your sink as you go. Also, keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink. Here's a link to a video that demonstrates this: https://youtu.be/l02dBOdOxtU
