I've given only 3 stars because mine leaks water even though I have the reservoir latch locked. When finished I empty the reservoir and wipe with a towel. When I pick it up later on, there's always water on the counter.

The Waterpik is very effective in removing food particles that regular flossing misses. My teeth feel very clean after flossing, water flossing, and brushing. The only suggestion I have is that I wish the water reservoir was a little larger.
